How do you ship orders?
Our partner courier for nationwide delivery is J&T Express.

How much is the shipping fee?

Point of Origin: Luzon (Baguio City)

* One (1) skincare set approximately weighs 800 grams. To optimize our packaging system, all orders with skincare sets will be packed inside a box (30x24x15cm). A box can fit up to two (2) skincare sets.

* For the safety, J&T Express provides a value-added service, which is a special service for express mail. The value-added fee is 1% of the declared price of the item (according to the invoice of the item). Prices are already inclusive of the 1% value-added fee.

When will my order be shipped?
Order is shipped on the next day after payment confirmation. Payment confirmation usually takes 1-2 days after payment has been made.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, sorry! We’re doing our best to make international shipping available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. Unfortunately, once orders are confirmed, they cannot be canceled or modified.

However, all unpaid orders may still be subject to modification or cancellation. If you wish to modify your order, you may cancel your original order here. Once this has been done, you may place a new order again.

Note: All unpaid orders within (48) hours will be automatically cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged upon receipt or if you were sent the wrong item. For cases like this, kindly file a return within three days upon receiving your package. 

Items to be returned should be sent to us with complete packaging including the card and box with sleeves. This means it should be returned unopened and in original condition. Shipping fee will be refunded provided that the courier's service invoice has been provided.

Note: You are only allowed one (1) exchange on your original order.

 

What are your hours of operation?

We’re available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist you with any questions or concerns. Please note that our support team is unavailable on Sundays and public holidays.

We appreciate your understanding and will get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours.

Are your products paraben-free?

Yes, all our products are 100% paraben-free. We are committed to clean beauty—none of our products contain, or will ever contain, parabens.

How do I pay for my order?

I received a wrong item, what should I do? 

No worries! Please email us at hello@dearbeautifulph.com with the subject line: "Wrong Item Received" and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what should I do? 

We’re here to help! Please email us at hello@dearbeautifulph.com with the subject line: "Damaged Item Received" and include photos of the item and packaging. Our team will get back to you promptly to resolve the issue.

My order is missing an item, what should I do? 

Please email us at hello@dearbeautifulph.com with the subject line: "Incomplete Items Received" and include your order number and a brief description of what’s missing. Our team will assist you as soon as possible.

I have not received my order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please email us at hello@dearbeautifulph.com with the subject line: "Order Not Received" and include your order number. Our support team will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Help! I had an allergic or other adverse reaction! 

If you experience any allergic or unexpected reaction to our products, please stop use immediately and contact your healthcare provider for proper medical advice.
